Meditation 1: Exploring Emotional Energy Through Meditation
Everyday we encounter numerous emotional states that are potentially doorways to self knowledge and freedom. When blocked or suppressed, emotions can eventually lead to disease. This meditation guides us to develop an ability to bring awareness to emotion as sensation in the body that releases itself when it is approached with acceptance and openness. Meditation 2: Attracting the Most Blessed Life
A meditation practice is the perfect context for intention setting to attract higher possibilities for ourselves. In this meditation, intentions are called to mind and felt in the body at the beginning and the end of practice. The practice can then serve as an opportunity to bring into awareness potential thought and emotional patterns that don’t resonate with our most blessed life. Approximately 23 minutes.
