What do Alzheimer’s, ADD/ADHD, Parkinson’s, dementia, depression, anxiety, autism, OCD, mood disorders, focus, concentration and memory loss issues have in common?

They are all caused by heavy metals in the brain. I’m encountering an alarming number of people both young and old who’s symptoms are related to elevated levels of heavy metals in the body. Did you know that cancers, liver, digestive, menopausal, thyroid and skin issues and more are also highly related to heavy metals? And that most of the heavy metals in your body have been passed down through the generations? Listen or read more about heavy metals and their effect on our health on Anthony William’s blog.

We are so fortunate that there are many foods in the plant world that work to dig heavy metals out from deep in the tissues and carry them out of the body.

Thanks to Anthony and the information that he receives from the Spirit of Compassion, we know that there are five foods, which, when eaten in combination, function as a tag team to pull heavy metals out of the body gently and effectively. They are:

  1. Barley Grass Juice Powder: draws out heavy metals from your spleen, intestinal tract, pancreas, and reproductive system. BG prepares the mercury for complete absorption by the spirulina. I recommend Organic Traditions Barley Brass Juice Powder which can be purchased at your Health Food Store or on-line.
  2. Spirulina (preferably from Hawaii): draws out heavy metals from your brain, central nervous system, liver and other dense organs and absorbs heavy metals extracted by barley grass.  Spirulina is 62% amino acids (protein building blocks) and full of vitamins/minerals and antioxidants. I recommend Gandalf Hawaiian Spirulina in powder or tablet form which can be purchased at your Health Food Store or on-line.
  3. Cilantro: extracts metals from hard to reach places, particularly the brain and nervous system. Purchase bunches at any farmer’s market or grocery store.
  4. Wild Blueberries: draw heavy metals out from your brain.  Heal and repair any gaps created when the heavy metals are removed, which is especially important for the brain. The most important food for Alzheimer’s. Eat 1 to 2 cups daily. Frozen wild blueberries are accessible all year and affordable. The larger domestic blueberries are fine but not as powerful as the wild variety which have 4 times more anti-oxidant phyto-nutrients.
  5. Atlantic Dulse: binds to mercury, lead, aluminum, copper, cadmium, and nickel, and crosses the blood-brain barrier. Dulse goes into deep, hidden places of the body, seeking out mercury, binding to it, and holding on to it until it leaves the body.  Eat 2 teaspoons of flakes daily or an equal amount of strips if it’s in whole-leaf form. Maine Coast Sea vegetables is a good brand and can be found at your Health Food Store in flakes or sheets.

Do your best to eat all 5 of these foods within a 24 hour period. For most people it will take 6 months to 2 years of regularly including these foods in their daily diet to significantly decrease the heavy metals in the body. Avoiding and even reversing heavy metal related diseases is entirely possible with this approach. You can do it!
