1 to 2 apples
6 to 10 almonds or walnuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
garnishes: fresh fruit, dried fruit, coconut, sprinkle of cinnamon (I used strawberreis, mulberries and coconut flakes)
- Put the bananas, apples and nuts in a food processor and pulse several times until it resembles the consistency of oatmeal.
- Put in a bowl and garnish as desired.
