Once you are familiar with the recordings you can pick and choose which sections that you would like to meditate with. For the first while it may help to use it every day. After a few weeks or so you can begin to do your meditations on your own, perhaps every second day, progressing to self-guided meditation when you feel ready. It is suggested that you meditate at least 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening.
