Holiday Feast Cooking Class

Are you entertaining over the holidays and wondering how to serve loved ones spectacular food that is both delicious and healthy?

It's not only possible but simple, fun and satisfying on every level.

  • All of the recipes are 100% whole foods, vegan plant-based, and gluten -free.  
  • Half of the recipes are raw and half are cooked to create a balanced feast-day meal that is fresh and lively, nourishing and warming.
  • The class will include education, demonstrations, and food preparation by the group.
  • At the end of class we will enjoy the fruits of our labour around my dining room table.
