  • be supported by weekly lectures, food preparation demonstrations, hands-on experiences and discussions

  • anyone wanting to improve their health, lose weight, heal from a health condition, detoxify, increase energy, ...
  • people who are ready to take responsibility for their health through consistent nurturing lifestyle choices
  • people who are ready to consider the emotional and spiritual components of health and health choices

Basic Philosophy:

  • Our main purpose on Earth is to awaken to our life's purpose.
  • Our purpose is brought to life by our body.
  • The body must be cared for in order for the soul to thrive.
  • The soul must be cared for in order for the body to thrive.

Program outline:

  • Each week will centre on a theme which will be discussed and experienced as a group. Classes could consist of any of the following: lecture, food preparation, demonstration, guided meditation / awareness / mindfulness, group discussion

General overview – all of these will be explored from a holistic point of view:

  • Diet
  • Digestion
  • Detoxification
  • De-stress
  • Care of the Soul through spiritual practice
  • Movement , exercise, lifestyle and living environment
  • Working with emotional energy
  • Visit a Health Food Store
  • A cleanse will be incorporated during the course of the 8 weeks

Food preparation:

Here are some of the foods that we will prepare together over the course of the series:

  • Cultured vegetables
  • Jar and Soil Sprouts

  • Cleansing soups
  • Healthy salads
